Light agents are are also available and are there for those users who need access to data, but have no need to update data. All light agents are read only for cases, and wont be able to do anything more than view previous case interactions. Light agents are just $8 / agent.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Billing’ under your profile section to the top right of the interface.
Is my data safe?
We take security very seriously and you get to choose your data center from the get-go. Once you choose your data center, all communication, storage is in the location to ensure compliance. To ensure you get the best security, all infrastructure is maintained as a platform in Microsoft Azure with more security compliance than any other cloud platform.  If you decide to cancel your account, all data is self-contained within your own database and is removed on account termination, your data always.
Are there cancellation fees?
No. Supportbench is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover or monthly invoice on certain exceptions. We do not accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD pricing.
If I need more agents, how does that work?
It's easy, just go into your billing session and add an agent. You will be automatically billed for only the amount left in the month.
