Our founder ran large customer service teams, designed case management systems from scratch, and had his fair share of both good and bad support experiences.
He saw first hand how customer service could make or break a business.
A gap in the market
We saw a gap in the market. In one corner are simple solutions that are easy to use, but not flexible or feature-rich.
In the other corner are robust solutions built for large enterprises that can do it all but are too rigid to add a human touch and is not intuitive.
And neither are affordable or able to scale for growing small to medium businesses.
There was a clear need for a flexible customer service software with enterprise-level features that is affordable and easy to use.
Supportbench was born
And so in 2012, Supportbench was born. We built our software to be easily customizable, giving companies the freedom to tailor their support system to the way they want to work. We enable support reps to get to the heart of the problem quickly – all while keeping it human.
